This Christmas season, we were truly overwhelmed by the kindness and support shown across our festive posts.
Through every like, share, and message of encouragement, our community helped us raise £228, which was donated to Age UK and Dementia UK. These donations will help support older people and those living with dementia, extending care and compassion beyond our homes.
