Gardening for Wellbeing
Gardening isn’t just a fun hobby — it’s a fantastic way to boost physical health, mental wellbeing, and a sense of accomplishment. For many of our residents, it evoked fond memories of their gardens, and for some, it was a joyful new experience.
Thanks to our residents’ green thumbs, Eryl Fryn’s garden is now brimming with new life — and we can’t wait to watch it grow over the weeks ahead. This celebration of National Gardening Week is just the start of a bright, flower-filled season.
